6:35pm--HOA budget overview and vote
6:45pm--Guest speakers
7:15pm--Board Elections for open positions: Jennifer McCarty, Matt Swanson, and Muhammad Matariyeh

Candidates: Kelly McGrath, Denise Fisher and Matt Swanson

7:30pm--Q&A; Board counts votes; Board announces election results
7:50pm--Meeting adjourned (we have a hard exit of 8pm per the facility)
